Species and thickness chosen per product; moisture checked before cutting.
Sanding
Three grits on every edge, corners rounded to an age-banded profile.
Finish
Water-based paint and ink, cured, tested for EN71-3 migration.
Check & pack
Hardware pull-tested, small parts checked, cartons sealed after photos.

Your logo, your colour, your box.
Most of the range can be customised without new tooling: logo, paint colour, timber, packaging, barcode and manual. A new shape needs a mould, which we quote separately with the amortised unit cost at your quantity.
